Privacy Policy for CloudPhotos

Effective Date: May 23, 2026

CloudPhotos is a photo backup utility that allows users to upload photos from their iPhone to their own Microsoft OneDrive account.

Information We Access

CloudPhotos may request access to your iOS Photo Library so that it can identify and upload photos you choose to back up.

CloudPhotos may also use Microsoft authentication so that you can connect your own OneDrive account.

How Your Data Is Used

Photos are uploaded directly from your device to your Microsoft OneDrive account. CloudPhotos does not operate its own cloud storage service and does not store copies of your photos on developer-controlled servers.

Authentication tokens may be stored securely on your device using Apple Keychain so the app can continue uploading to your OneDrive account.

Data Sharing

CloudPhotos does not sell your personal data.

CloudPhotos does not share your photos with the developer or with third parties.

Your use of Microsoft OneDrive is subject to Microsoft’s own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics

CloudPhotos does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
